Nick BalestraNick Balestra

The Visionary

If you are chatting with someone here at beyounic  you easily find out that is Nick because of his dislessic use of the keyboard. Apart from this, If we can say something about him is that Nick is a busy guy, oh well….a very very busy guy! During university he followed 3 bachelors program (Corporate communication, marketing and technologies) and 2 master courses (Marketing & Communication technology) while working on social media, launching the university socialnetwork (similar to facebook) and organizing university parties. We still don't know yet if the effects of all this parties are the source of its creativity and ideas, but he is the one who toss ideas off here at beyounic leading the company with his vision of creating something unique for the Open Source Community.

Romano SensibileRomano Sensibile

Usability & Socialnetwork Ninja

After having spent some years closed in a secret college somewhere in the middle of the swiss alps to experiment with all sort of chemicals, and after his master studies in communication technologies at  the university where he met the other beyounic co-founders, Romano aquired some special powers in the socialnetwork field. No matter what you throw at him he will find his way to use any social site and service to accomplish all of his needs. Aka mister freeze, because of his motto "let's freeze it" it, Romano keeps everybody down to hearth when dealing with features and web analysis.

Luca ZerboniLuca Zerboni

Cash-Cowboy

Because of his huge size, nobody ever believed that he arrived in this world with a stork. Despite his calm and shy look, Luca can transform himself in the most aggressive financial guy when dealing with our expenses in the company, especially Nick's ones. He got in touch with the other co-founders during his master degree in marketing where he founded the socialnetwork for the whole university (we still believe that it was just an excuse to attend more parties!).

The Matrix

Bringing the vision, the socialmedia tactics and marketing knowledge inside the matrix code, is what Flavio does best. He writes code at the same speed he does when he rides his windsurf board, without never losing the focus of the wave he is riding.  After getting his software engineering degree at the Polytechnic University of Milan, with a thesis about events software, Flavio founded joocode, a privately held company specialized in web apps development, open source and cloud computing. How did we find him? Ask the oracle...
